Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of ToolyStation (toolystation.com, “the site”), a site run by an individual that offers PDF and image tools, AI and fun tests, and rhythm and tempo tools (“the service”). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

  • The service is free and doesn't require an account.
  • Files and camera video you use with the tools are processed in your browser; we never receive or keep them. See the privacy policy for details.
  • Tools may be added, changed or discontinued without notice.
  • The site displays Google AdSense ads.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You must have the right to use and modify any file you process. You are responsible for any use that infringes others' rights, such as watermarking or editing someone else's work and distributing it.
  • If you use photos or video of other people with the expression, first-impression or animal-face tools, you must get their consent first.
  • Don't attack the site or interfere with its normal operation.

4. Results and disclaimer

  • The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee that results are accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
  • Some tools resize, recompress or convert files as part of processing (for example, Images to PDF lowers resolution, Compress PDF turns pages into images, and transparent backgrounds become white). Check the “Limitations” section on each tool page.
  • Always keep a copy of important files before processing them. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for file damage or data loss that occurs while using the service.
  • Results from the AI tests and personality quizzes are for fun, have no scientific basis, and we are not responsible for decisions made based on them.

5. Intellectual property

The site's design, text and source code belong to its operator. The service uses open-source software such as pdf.js, pdf-lib, face-api.js and MediaPipe, each under its own license. Rights to anything you create with the tools follow the rights to your original files.

6. Changes

If these terms change, the updated text and effective date will be posted on this page.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
